Yimei Contemporary City Park, Jianli
The project is located in the northern residential area of Jianli City, Jingzhou, Hubei Province, adjacent to several major urban roads. Covering an area of approximately 26,987 square meters, it is a pocket park that integrates functions of urban industry, residential life, leisure, and recreation. As a model for full-lifecycle urban revitalization, the park was named Jingzhou's “Most Beautiful Pocket Park” in 2022.
Guided by a respect for the land and a commitment to resource preservation, the design follows the natural terrain to create a space that evokes a return to nature and a connection with the environment. The theme—“Chuyun Forest Life”—draws from the region's cultural heritage, blending local identity with a contemporary design language to reflect the spirit of the city.
The overall layout is driven by the concept of sustainable operation. Through thoughtful spatial design, diverse walking paths, interactive social and family-friendly zones, and ecological strategies, the park creates a vibrant, all-ages public space that supports a dynamic urban lifestyle.
