Zhaoxishi Healthcare and Cultural Tourism Town
Drawing from traditional culture, the project integrates the distinctive heritage of Zhengding Ancient City into everyday life, pioneering a new operational model based on experiential and immersive living. It weaves together elements of healthcare, leisure, entertainment, culture, and education to explore modern life within the context of an ancient northern city, all while reflecting the essence of Eastern aesthetics.
Inspired by history and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, the project breathes new life into cultural classics—blending ancient grace with modern sophistication. Drawing from the deep roots of Zhengding’s Zen culture, it reimagines iconic red walls, traditional pavilions, and the serene atmosphere of Zen.
The garden design transitions gracefully from day to night, using the passage of time to narrate a story of enlightenment and Zen philosophy. With a masterful command of space, it crafts a tranquil scene—unfolding like a timeless tale, both peaceful and profound.
