The project is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, within close proximity to the economic hub formed by Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. The architecture is introduced to the site in a stitched form, adopting a clustered layout that creates two interlocking C-shaped volumes. This configuration defines two distinct community courtyards—one inward-facing and one outward-facing.
The landscape design draws inspiration from the site’s natural characteristics, skillfully utilizing the existing terrain to dissolve the boundaries between architecture and environment. In doing so, it achieves a harmonious integration of architecture, topography, and landscape. The two courtyards are interconnected, naturally outlining the circulation loop of the future community. This design approach resonates with people's innate desire to return to nature, embrace it, and live in harmony with it.
