我是猫 喵~The project is located in an old town of Guangzhou, close to the Pearl River. The original site was a warehouse of Guangzhou Huada Logistics Company, which represented trend and glory in the industrial age; however, it is now replaced by grass and dust after 70 years, dilapidated and desolate, no one cares about.
The project was positioned to build a new landscape that conformed to the modern aesthetics, and became an instagram-worthy location, building a new living theater, and creating a fashionable and interactive exhibition area concept, new experience, and leading the design trend of future cultural residential communities.
