盒中的山水 重建邻里的积极日The project is located in the core area of Tongzhou, Beijing, just 2 km from the Beijing Sub-center. It is set to become a cultural and intelligent community that is rich in artistic flair, cultural atmosphere, innovative life aesthetics, and quality living. The project features a sunken space with a depth of less than 15 meters, and a width of just over 20 meters. Despite the limited space, the design team fosters a dialogue between the blocks by employing spatial derivation and stereoscopic processing. The concept of "Place Sharing" emphasizes openness and collaboration, with the spirit of the space focused on fostering genuine dialogues and relationships, eliminating the alienation of daily life, and creating a more dynamic and engaged everyday environment.
