INT Bay Nantong
The project is located in Binjiang, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province—an area planned by the local government as the “Binjiang International District” and envisioned as the city’s new urban living room. Positioned along a 3.2-kilometer stretch of prime riverfront, the site holds both symbolic and geographical significance.
The design aims to establish a sense of territory and dignity, fostering a shared identity among residents of this elite community. Through an orderly and thoughtful landscape layout, the project seeks to create warm, inclusive spaces that promote connection and a sense of belonging—encouraging interaction without distinction.
