The site is adjacent to the Huaxi Wetland and has a superior natural ecological layout. The project is a TOD-style urban complex integrating commercial, office and residential functions. It respected the site resources to the greatest extent, took sustainable ecological development as the concept, continued the water veins of Huaxi, and introduced river beach wetland elements. The flowing linear lines formed a flower-like space, quietly in nature.
It inspired from the concept of a garden city, sorted out the multi-dimensional complex traffic and public spaces of the site, integrated architecture and landscape design, and built a TOD-style three-dimensional ecological urban hub, maximizely blurring boundaries of people, landscape, city and nature. Meanwhile, a humanistic theater integrated multiple ecologies achieved the organic combination of "business, culture and tourism", broke the convention, and outlined a TOD-style three-dimensional interactive and ecological urban "gathering" site on the golden hub. It maximized the use of the site and increased its value, adding an urban romance to the natural mountain forest of Huaxi, and highlighting the overall style of Huaxi in the future.
