Tianyi Masterpiece Mansion, Xingtai
Covering an area of 58,949 square meters, the project is located in the heart of Xiangdu, Xingtai City, Henan Province, with excellent connectivity and close proximity to Liying Lake. With prime landscape resources, the project aims to create a future-oriented living environment that feels welcoming and vibrant.
Inspired by the fantastical journey of IP ‘Xiaozhu Le’ exploring the planet, the site features a thoughtfully designed series of spatial nodes. These include five key areas: Garden on the Clouds, Flight Dream, Interstellar Theatre, Wonderland, and Secret Base. In line with the theme of a “Parent-Child Interactive Community,” the project fosters a dynamic and engaging environment for families, offering opportunities for children to experience the joy of cloud-like exploration while bonding with their families.
The design blends futuristic technology with natural aesthetics, drawing inspiration from the elements of flying machines to deliver a visual experience that transcends time and space. The project stands apart from conventional community landscape styles, blending child-friendly and nature-friendly elements to cultivate a community atmosphere that feels both inviting and nurturing. By embracing the concept of a "future community," the project sets a new standard for community landscape design, focusing on human well-being and the harmonious coexistence of nature and culture.
