Tianle Dreamland, Xingtai distinguishes itself from conventional box-type or street-style commercial developments by introducing a new model of park-style retail, where commerce merges seamlessly with landscape. This innovative approach emphasizes quality, interactivity, and natural comfort.
Rooted in the cultural identity of Xingtai, the landscape draws inspiration from the city’s iconic image as the "Spring City of the Taihang Mountains"—a place blessed with abundant natural springs. The design concept, "Rising Tides in the Spring City," positions the project as a flagship destination that blends urban vitality with the spirit of the land. The notion of "fertile land nourished by sweet springs" speaks to the agricultural origins of prosperity, translating naturally into thriving commerce.
The landscape strategy centers on Baiquan Plaza and the theme of surging springs, using water as the core narrative to fuse nature with commercial activity and attract a diverse audience. With the concept of “springs fueling commerce, tides flowing into the city”, the design creates a vibrant, experiential environment.
Baiquan Garden is envisioned as a multifunctional, operable commercial plaza—home to a compact self-service coffee bar, a rentable exhibition box, an art show, or a live music event. It offers flexible space to host a variety of cultural and commercial activities. Through carefully curated cherry blossoms and themed planting beds, the garden becomes an immersive, romantic, and conversation-worthy park-style retail space.
