In October 2022, MixC Nanchang—now the city’s largest shopping center—officially opened in the CBD of Honggutan District, adjacent to the Ganjiang River and beside Asia’s tallest Ferris wheel. Positioned as an urban landmark integrating luxury retail, high-end hospitality, and premium office space, it quickly became a destination for trend-savvy urbanites.
Guided by a vision of limitless crossover and artistic synergy, the complex reimagines the relationship between nature and commerce. By placing a central garden at its core and breaking traditional spatial boundaries, it shifts commercial activity outdoors, enhancing the public nature of the site through horizontal micro-scale interventions. The fusion of retail and public space elevates both experience and value—creating not only a vibrant destination, but also a forward-looking platform for art, culture, and dynamic urban living.
