Shanghai Lingang Nanqiao Xinchang Industrial Park
The project is located in the northeast corner of Nanqiao New Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai. It is surrounded by a constellation of industrial parks focused on biotechnology, information technology, scientific research, and entrepreneurship, as well as renowned academic institutions.
Its central, “stars encircling the moon”-like position inspired the design concept—planting an oasis within a forest of steel and concrete. This “green park within the city” is envisioned as a new benchmark for future business campuses, offering a fresh, forward-thinking identity for next-generation workspaces.
