The spatial layout integrates landscape resources and seeks to inherit and promote traditional Manchu culture through innovative development, revitalizing the town space of the minority ethnic community. By reexamining the tourism resources of Yehe Town—Manchu customs, historical culture, and the ecological environment—this plan proposes an overall spatial layout of "one center, two cores, two axes, two belts, four districts, and multiple nodes."

Building upon Yehe’s reputation as the "Hometown of Empresses, Land of Phoenixes," the design aims to create six functional zones: a Manchu Town, a Qipao Cultural Industry Park, a Hot Spring Resort, a Comprehensive Service Center, a Manchu Water Village, and a Manchu Themed Village. The designer draws inspiration from traditional Manchu agricultural and fishing practices, incorporating the themes of "leaf" and "fish" as key elements. These cultural symbols are woven into the fabric of the town’s spaces, aiming to create a town that runs on both cultural and economic development, with a focus on regional sustainability for the Manchu community.
